宜特TEM材料分析技術滿足10奈米製程需求
宜特科技(iST)材料分析檢測技術再突破，iST檢測技術今年已突破10奈米製程，協助多間客戶在先進製程產品完成穿透式電子顯微鏡(Transmission Electron Microscopy, TEM)分析與驗證，其技術獲美國電機及電子工程師學會(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, IEEE)半導體元件故障分析領域權威組織積體電路失效分析論壇(International Symposium on the Physical and Failure Analysis of Integrated Circuits, IPFA)肯定。
